In order to create a video resumé with Vinsumé, a standard webcam attached to your laptop or to your PC is sufficient.
You may have more than one video recording device attached to your computer. Regardless of your hardware, you will be prompted to select your preferred audio/video recording device during the video resumé creation process.

In Vinsumé, video resumé is NOT mandatory in order to apply for a position unless the employer of the job posting demanded a video resumé specifically.
